My Gas Masks

Die aktuelle Maske der neuesten Generation von MSA. In meinem Fall als Überdruckmaske mit Einheitssteckanschluss (ESA) und RD40 Filtergewinde. Meine neue absolute Lieblingsmaske!

This mask is used by many fire departments and industrial companies. It looks very similar to the Dräger Panorama Nova but there are a few differences:
– the frame of the panoramic lens is black, not silver
– the nosecup is rounder, not so pointy
– the exhale valve is on the bottom of the mask

The Dräger Futura is used by fire departments less than by industrial companies. Its not very comfy to wear but provides an wide field of view. The Red plastic around the inhale valve means, that this is an positive pressure mask, used with special SCBA units.

This is the current Gas Mask of the German Bundeswehr. It has an 40mm NATO thread and an bayonet lock for filters. The drinking Adapter makes the Mask perfect for long exercises or sessions.

This was the standard Mask in the german Bundeswehr until the M2000 was developed and rolled out. It's the mask used for the zodiac.
